Registation Checklist
All incoming students and families will meet with the school principal.
- Registration Form
- Academic Records release for transfer students 1st-8th grade only
- Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)
- Birth Certificate
- Current Immunization Records and Compliance with Texas Health Code
- Legal court documents (if applicable)
- If a student transfers from another Catholic school, all accounts must be cleared at the sending school before registration and enrollment can be completed.
If any items on the checklist are missing, don't hesitate to get in touch with the school office manager so we can
support you.
Registration Fee PER STUDENT:

Tuition Support
Apply for support at Hope for the Future for Graduating Kindergarten to 8th Grade.
Families that complete an application and have significant needs will be considered for additional support as school resources allow.

The actual cost to educate is - $6,000 at St. John Berchmans Catholic School. We are able to keep our tuition below this rate due to the fundraising, donors, and being good stewards of our resources.
